Lawyer, Gloria Allred, is representing a woman that was made to remove her nipple rings with a pair of pliers in order to be allowed to pass through airport security. Allred is set to hold a news conference on March 27, 2008, where she plans to display two nipple rings on a mannequin in order to demonstrate what the woman allegedly had to go through. The woman claims she was not given a choice by security to a pat down instead of having to remove her nipple jewelry. She was supposedly told to go behind a curtain and remove the jewelry, and she could hear other security officers laughing at her as she was following out their commands. The woman claims that she felt she had been singled out and was extremely humiliated and has therefore hired Allred to represent her.
